The Towers on Park Lane high-rise senior living community knows how important it is to the families of active seniors that their loved ones are taken care of. We value each active senior and regard them as a member of our own family. We believe adequate security is essential to a comfortable and worry-free living environment during your retirement.
Our security staff is here to provide peace of mind and a worry-free retirement experience to every resident and their family members. We protect our residents with 24-hour surveillance of the property and grounds, along with monitored fire alarms and sprinkler systems installed into each home. Access into The Towers is controlled by an electric key system and will only allow entry to those with permission. Any non-residents will be required to check-in upon entry. Our fully-secured community is ideal for travelers, as residents are enabled to leave feeling confident and worry-free.
Our security personnel are certified as First Responders allowing them to provide pre-hospital care for medical emergencies. Our staff also maintains an optional personal data sheet for each resident in the event of an emergency. The personal data sheet will provide necessary medical information such as physicians, hospital of choice, allergies, as well as emergency contacts. Each home within our senior community also comes with 2 emergency call buttons, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Not only do we want our residents to retire in an elegant senior living community, but a safe one as well.
We also offer seniors within our independent living community the opportunity to register with our Resident Courtesy Call Program. This is a daily check-in program provided through the Security Department. The RCCP is a convenient program used to ensure the welfare and safety of participating residents on a daily basis. A pre-designated card reader near the mailboxes will serve as the check-in point. Participating residents will be asked to check-in with their access card any time prior to 4:00 PM every day. Once 4:00 PM has passed, an activity report will be generated by the security guards. This report will serve as a comparison to the list of participating residents. Any resident who has not checked in will be contacted by a security staff member. We strongly suggest this program for any resident living alone.
Residents are also given the choice of using a wireless help alarm. Alarms can be worn by residents and once activated, will alert our security staff immediately. Your independent living experience during your retirement should be comfortable and secure.
