FAQ
Question
What is the ownership structure and do I own my own unit?
Answer
Since The Towers is a Co-Op, every resident is a shareholder - each with an equity interest in their investment which keeps their home a vital part of their estate. When you choose to purchase at The Towers, you become an owner. As an owner, you become a member of the Co-Op, and members govern the Co-Op. Therefore, The Towers encourages its members to serve on its governing body (Board of Directors), advisory committees, or to contribute in some other productive way. This allows for everyone to have a voice in how the community is managed.
